I am a certified permaculture designer. During COVID lockdown, I started gardening in my backyard to be outdoors more often and fell in love with the concept of living in harmony with nature.

Before becoming a coach, I received my graduate degree from Cornell University and built an international HR career in Fortune 500 and start-up tech companies. I also hold an undergraudate degree in Business and am a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner.

You can find me practicing my zumba dance moves, doing my solo karaoke (like no one's watching!), enjoying nature in a hiking trail, cruising somewhere in the world, growing food indoors/outdoors, laughing with friends, or sipping my homemade mushroom coffee or matcha latte.
